The legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b of the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR“), because we need the automatically collected data for an effective provision of our website. Further Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR applies, because the processing serves our legitimate interest to ensure the stability and security of our website.

If you contact us per e-mail, we will process your personal data. This data usually consists of your name, e-mail address as well the information provided. We will only process this data in order to be able to process and answer your request.
The legal basis is Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b GDPR as far as the data is processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures. Otherwise, the legal basis is Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR, because the processing of inquiries is in the mutual interest of both parties.
Beyond that, we do not process any personal data. In particular, we do not use cookies, tracking software, contact forms, newsletter subscriptions, comments, social media plugins etc. that might allow conclusions about the identity of the visitors.
